Clarence W. Schawk
Chairman of the Board
For more than fifty years, Clarence W. Schawk has been dedicated to creating opportunities from challenges. As the Founder and Chairman of the Board for Schawk Inc., (NYSE: SGK), Mr. Schawk's accomplishments, insight and attention to his clients' needs have been the driving force that transformed a small printing services operation into a global powerhouse that now employs thousands of people at over 60 locations.
Clarence Schawk first established the company as Schawk Litho Plate in 1953, with a dedication to quality and customer service. Through the decades, Mr. Schawk grew the company by developing a reputation for producing quality products and for providing outstanding customer service. His passion for creating opportunities for his company and his dedicated employees remained paramount as printing technology dramatically evolved.
In 1965, Mr. Schawk set in motion an aggressive acquisition strategy that allowed the company to dramatically expand its services. By the mid-1980s, after numerous mergers and acquisitions including several established midwest prepress firms, the company incorporated as Schawk, Inc. In 1995, the company began trading on the NYSE under the symbol SGK. Mr. Schawk has served as the Chairman of the Board since September 1992.
Today, Clarence Schawk continues his longstanding commitment to supporting his community, local and national charities, and he remains dedicated and passionate about the future of Schawk, Inc.

David A. Schawk
President and Chief Executive Officer
David A. Schawk's commitment to the company that bears his family's name began almost 30 years ago. Immersing himself in daily operations of the prepress firm his father founded in 1953, David learned the business from the ground up. In these early years he managed one of the Company's prepress divisions.
Fifteen years later, he worked his way up to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing 15 of the Company's prepress divisions. And in 1993, David was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of Schawk, Inc. Under David's leadership, Schawk has grown from a conventional U.S.-based prepress company into a $500+ million, industry-leading global provider of brand point management solutions.
David A. Schawk has served in leadership capacities on the boards of both national industry associations and global non-profit organizations. Currently, Mr. Schawk serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois.
He is an active speaker in the business community on a broad range of industry topics and is dedicated to Schawk's commitment to continuously elevate the standards of the industry.
In his early years, Mr. Schawk attended St. John's Northwestern Military Academy and is the son of the Company's founder and Chairman, Clarence W. Schawk.

A. Alex Sarkisian, Esq
Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President
Alex Sarkisian has been a member of the Schawk, Inc. management team for more than 20 years, and was appointed Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 1994. In his capacity as Executive Vice President, Alex Sarkisian is responsible for all North American premedia services operations for Schawk, Inc.
Mr. Sarkisian is also a member of Schawk's Board of Directors, to which he was appointed in 1992, and serves as Corporate Secretary. Alex is also a member of the company's Executive and 401(k) Administration Committees.
Prior to joining Schawk, Mr. Sarkisian was a practicing attorney whose primary focus was on municipal tax and finance-related matters. Alex Sarkisian received a B.S. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the Valparaiso University School of Law.

Timothy J. Cunningham
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cunningham’s 30-year career includes positions serving as the Chief Financial Officer for three public companies, with industry experience in food, consumer products, packaging, electronics, software and consulting services. Most recently, Tim was a partner with Tatum LLC, an executive services and consulting firm. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Pregis Corporation, a $1 billion global packaging business.
A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society, Tim has a Master of Business Management from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Brad Wills
Executive Vice President, International Operations
Mr. Wills's career in premedia is punctuated by a series of management and leadership positions. Today, Brad Wills is responsible for directing Schawk's operations in Asia Pacific, Europe and Latin America as part of an integrated offering globally and locally for brand-driven organizations.
Most recently appointed to the position of Group Managing Director, Asia, Europe and Latin America after having successfully integrated and built Schawk's Asia Pacific operations, Mr. Wills is charged with seamlessly integrating the company's European and Latin American facilities into Schawk's global offering, local implementation model.
Prior to this, when taking the helm of Group Managing Director for Asia following the company's acquisition of a large premedia firm, Mr. Wills successfully merged a diverse panoply of cultures, philosophies and languages to create a leading Asia Pacific operation for Schawk.
Today, Schawk's office in Singapore serves as its Asian Pacific headquarters. Much earlier in his career at Schawk, Wills was an on-site project manager for one of Schawk's Fortune 25 clients. Prior to this, he served in a variety of operations, service and sales positions with earlier employers. Wills earned a B.A. in Graphic Communications from Illinois State University.

Eric Ashworth
Chief Strategy Officer
As Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Ashworth is responsible for elevating the role of strategy in Schawk’s engagements to deliver a higher-order value to clients at the brand level. This includes overseeing the development of strategic product across the enterprise and how it is presented during new business engagements.
Prior to this, Mr. Ashworth served as Chief Strategy Officer for Anthem Worldwide, Schawk’s strategic design company for six years where he was the driving force behind the strategic growth and development of the agency, leading large-scale branding initiatives for major retailers and CPG companies throughout the world. Mr. Ashworth also is the thought leader behind the idea of fewer, smarter, more profitable brands which continues to gain momentum in the marketplace.
Before joining Anthem Worldwide, Ashworth served Fitch Worldwide as Chief Marketing Officer of the Americas, and Levi-Strauss, Clorox and Colgate-Palmolive in brand management positions. Ashworth also co-founded Blue Mint Associates, acting as its President prior to Schawk’s acquisition of the branding and design agency in 2003.
Mr. Ashworth received an MBA from the University of San Francisco and has served as a guest lecturer on brand strategy at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Carol G. Campagnolo
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Schawk globally, Carol is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities including HR strategy and planning, global talent initiatives, leadership development and employee engagement.
Campagnolo has built a strong reputation for human resources excellence over the past 19 years. She has helped global organizations create talent-focused practices and programs that benefit employees, clients and stakeholders. Campagnolo has a proven ability to lead, develop and execute initiatives that focus on performance through employee engagement.
Campagnolo comes to Schawk from AON Consulting Worldwide, where she served as vice president of global human resources. While there, she played a leading role in the development and execution of AON’s global talent management platform, helping build culture around the employee and client experience. Prior to this, Campagnolo was vice president of recruiting, learning, development and diversity at AON where she enhanced the applicant, candidate and new hire experience and led the creation of the firm’s early career program and leadership curriculum.
Campagnolo holds a graduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a B.S. in Public Administration from Indiana University.
